To assist our insurance defense and/or medical malpractice team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized. This position will also include the redacting of claim files, ordering of medical records, subpoenaing non-parties to a lawsuit, scheduling medical examinations of claimants, drafting of deposition notices and notice of hearings, and drafting discovery documents.
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, which would be commensurate with experience. Health insurance / HSA available and 401k.

- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Qualifications
- Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
